HistorySunalta is located just west of the Downtown core. it's name is likely a derivation from "Sunny Alberta". It was first developed in 1909, but was rezoned in the late 1950s to contain a number of apartment style walk-ups. Real Estate & DesignSunalta is comprised of apartment style walk-ups.
