Why Martin

Growing up in Sydney, Australia provided me with a unique perspective on Real Estate. I was surrounded by my family’s real estate business. This unique upbringing gave me a thorough understanding of the property market and marketing. I believe in maintaining consistent communication with my clients throughout the sales process, keeping them fully informed at all times. I thrive on the competitive nature of real estate and have an innate ability to maximise the value of my client’s most valuable asset within the most challenging of market conditions.

Remaining calm and focussed, even under extreme pressure, I maintain a sensitive and confidential approach in all of my business dealings. My business acumen leads me to be proactive in finding specific solutions to my clients’ ever changing requirements and market needs. It is my goal to deliver a level of service that consistently exceeds that of other real estate professionals. I am trying to set a benchmark in innovation, technology and marketing.

When I am not working, I relax by playing tennis, swimming, playing poker and enjoy getting to the coast to bodysurf. I have a keen interest in architecture, movies, theatre, and travel.

These Charities and Organizations are very important to me: Alberta Theatre Projects, Calgary Humane Society, Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra, Clean Calgary, Calgary Zoo, Heritage Park, Pals Pets, Pathway and River Cleanup, and Western Sky Land Trust.
